Do Dwarves need to take a feat to use the Dwarven Warpike, or are they automatically proficient with it like they are with Urgosh and Waraxe?

IIRC as per Complete Warrior or w/e dwarves get 2 weapon familiarities. In core, these must be spent on urgrosh and waraxe. In Races of Stone, they could be waraxe/warpike, waraxe/buckler-axe, warpike/urgrosh, etc. There's a separate feat somewhere (isn't it in RoS?) that gives them proficiency with all of them.

As said above you swich out the profiecency dwarves have for the two weapons you want for that charecter.

For other races it is different.

In the game i DM dwarves swich out what they want, Elves can swich their weapons out for the martial weapons they alredy have, And the other races can take one feat to learn all of their racial weapons.
