A few characters from popular media I was wondering if could be adequately transcribed for D&D, more for poops and giggles than for any real desire to play them. I assume they'd all be in the level 15-20 range:
Bugs Bunny (Druid Wildshape has to be the first building block, I assume)
Brock Samson (Barb/Warblade?)
Aquaman (Fighter/Psion with some sort of aquatic template?)
Hellboy: (Tiefling Urban Ranger, with levels in Monk or unarmed Swordsage, maybe?
Mad Martigan (Fighter/Rogue, with high Cha?)

Bugs Bunny: The DM. Messing with you.
Aquaman: The annoying 'anti powergamer' who doesn't have a clue, never heard of Stormwind Fallacy, and thinks he has a totally cool concept of an Aquatic Ranger/Sorcerer (no PRCs, cause that's munchkin stuff) who speaks with fish and has wings on his feet. Who will team up with Batman and Superman.
Hellboy: Tiefling Barbarian (with some Urban/Tracking AFC)/Warblade (Kiddin' me? If that guy doesn't have d12 HD, I don't know who has).
Edit: Totally confused Aquaman with Namor... Oh well.

Druid/ranger that focuses on the underwater environment seems more likely.
