I've got a few links in my personal forum(link in sig), and I've noticed quite a few posters here have a variety of helpful links in their sigs.

The srd, though, that's the main one. Hit that up, it has a bunch of stuff you mentioned.

Redblade is useful for generating NPCs on the fly.

I have these on my toolbar at all times:

http://www.wizards.com/dnd/dice/dice.htm (Dice Roller)

http://www.enworld.org/forum/homebrews/66577-creature-catalog-new-3-5-conversions.html (Old Edition Creatures Converted to 3.5. Throw your players for a loop!)

http://donjon.bin.sh/ (More generators and calculators than you can shake a +1 longsword at!)

http://www.squid.org/rpg-random-generator?Table=Coastal (Decent name generator)

http://www.monsteradvancer.com/send/monster/initMonsterCustomization.ma (The much vaunted Monster Advancer. Save you hours...well, not that much in my case...time advancing those pesky spellwarped half-fiend wyvern barbarians!)
