On March 1 2009 they announced a transition to 4E, but it doesn't seem to have happened. Their last actual product release as far as I can tell was in 2007, and the Tegel Manor update doesn't seem to have ever gotten off the ground. Anybody know anything?

Just did a check for them on Drive Thru RPG, and they are not there. But I've never heard of them in the first place, so... Alas, the life expectancy of a 3rd party publisher is very similar to that of a rock and roll drummer.

If it's true, it's a real shame...Necromancer did some really good 3rd party stuff. :smallfrown:

They are still there http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/index.php?cPath=48.

Given the name of the company and the topic at hand, is "irony" the correct term to describe this thread?

They released some pdf material a couple of weeks back; as a going concern, though, they seem to have been discontinued.

I keep seeing previous Necromancer games people in line with Paizo employees, such as judging at Paizo's latest competition.

It appears to be a steady, awkward, merger without their ever being a true merger.
