I'm afraid I'm not too familiar with sorcerers, but I can recommend a few good items for you:

Ankhmon's Bracers - heal yourself when you attack if you can get CA
Airstriders - walk on air
Boots of Teleportation - at will teleport
Coif of Focus - helps avoid stun and daze
Violet Solitaire - gets you an extra action point on a crit

I really liked the idea of that item that lets me heal myself. I'm trying to figure out how I can reliable get combat advantage though. I found the Phantom Chaussers that give you concealment if you move at least 3 squares. Is there anything else that can give me concealment (other than the Shadow Band, I can't afford that with everything else)?

Displacer Starleather armor. Fighting the Big Bad? Fine. Now he can't hit you. Ever.

Standard concealment doesn't grant CA, only Total Concealment (which makes you effectively invisible) does. You don't have many Psychic powers, so I'd drop that for Distant Advantage from PHB2, which lets you take advantage of allied flankers. (Or ensure that one of your allies takes the Vexing Flanker feat for the converse)

I'm a huge fan of the cloak of the walking wounded.
It's not particularly game-breaking or anything, but it's really nice to be able to regain half of your hit points in a standard action.

Depending on who your DM is, a recent rules change occurred that your DM may/may not use. Basically, you can now use a Frost Dagger to change your spells to Cold damage. Why is this important? Well, take Lasting Frost and Wintertouched. It's two feats, but then it's +5 damage to all targets and combat advantage against everyone. Combine that with Ankhmon's Bracers as another poster said, and you can gain a lot of hp every round.
