My stepfather really likes Lost, going so far as to register to a couple Lost forums. I'm trying to figure out what to get him for Christmas, and so something Lost themed would be nice. The problem is, what? I believe he has the season dvd's, and subscribes to the magazine. Is there anything else that a diehard Lost fan would like? He also like board games and the like, so a Lost themed one of those could work.

Yes, there is a lost board game. It looks like it's sold at Toys 'R' Us. Reference (http://www.lostboardgame.com/).

You could try the ABC LOST store (http://abctvstore.seenon.com/?v=abctvstore_lost). They've got plenty of stuff.

"Lost the Game"

That... that couldn't have been entirely unintentional, could it?

The soundtracks. I play them in the car. I've got to organise them and I'll play them over my roleplaying campaign.

They are just so epic especially the soundtrack to season 4. There's that whole saga where they're moving people to the boat and there the helicopter
has problems and then then there's a protagonist death! And a bomb! All in one track.

But season 3s soundtrack is a double CD. The second CD is taken from the last three episodes of the series. And there's some great stuff in there, Charlie-centric stuff, the group moves away from the beach to find the tower. The best one is the track from the dramatic events in the underwater station.
Running time is two and half hours!

Season 2's best bits musically were more mundane, there's the music from when Hurley shares out the food they find. And sad bits where characters die. And all the times they got chased by that monster.

And season 1 was was back way before any of that Sci-fi stuff crept it. So there's chases and desperation, sad music from when they lose people.

Does the Visual Pun on the TVTropes page for the game explain it?

Seeing as it's already been addressed in the thread.

I got back home to find I'd left the CD on top of a book I was reading. :P
