This Warlock Essense mimics that of a conjuration (creation) spell, like Acid Arrow. It ignores spell resistance, but I'm not sure if it would enter an anti-magic field.
So, would an eldritch essense that ignores SR also ignore AMFs? Is there any written word on the matter, and would it be acceptable for me to assume/argue that it would ignore an AMF?

Whether the Essence itself can or not is moot. Eldritch Blast is a spell-like, and so it (and everything on it) will be suppressed.

Now, where it gets tricky is with Eldritch Theurges, who can add Essences to weaponlike spells (like Orbs) that CAN enter AMFs. That can be ruled either way - either the DM treats the invocation separately (as a spell-like, which it is) and rules that it gets suppressed while the spell does not, or the DM says that Eldritch Spellweave adds the effect of the essence to the spell (similar to Splicing a spell in M:TG) where you just add the essence's text, but the rest of the spell functions as normal - in which case it would penetrate an AMF.
