SO...are there ways, other than taking levels in Barbarian and Soulmelding that I can get Pounce?PsyWar can get it as a spell, as does Paladin.
Catfolk can get a feat that lets them Pounce Flatfooted enemies.
Polymorph into a tiger.
ToB has it as a maneuver, most likely.

I'm sure there are other ways. What do you need it for, and why can't you just dip Barb?

Binder? Do you want pounce, or the ability to move and full attack in the same round?

I can't dip barb because our DM says that if we change class, like going into a PrC, we have to either finish it...although, in retrospect, he wasn't very clear about Base Classes...

But basically, I want pounce because I'm a monk and Charge > Pounce > Flurry = better than Charge > Single Attack > Get Pummeled Next Turn

Here's a whole list (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103358). Pounce in some form is pretty much a requirement for melee characters, so a lot of people have found ways to get it somehow.

I seriously need to track down all of Personman's useful lists...he's listed...pretty much everything...

If you can multi into other base classes, you can also get it with PsyWar again or Warblade- both have ways to turn a Swift action into an extra Move action along with the abilities that grant actual Pounce. If allowed, probably the best route would be PsyWar + the Tashalatora feat (Secrets of Sarlona.. unfortunately it's a somewhat obscure book from the Eberron line, so it's kind of hard to acquire and sometimes gets whacked under a blanket ban on "campaign specific" stuff.) which would let you stack PsyWar levels with your Monk levels for purposes of most of the relevant Monk abilities.

, I want pounce because I'm a monk

Unarmed Swordsage!... Sorry.

But Flurry isn't a full attack, but a full round action (yes, I know it's stupid why do you THINK the rest of the class abilites have awesome synergy)

I think it is a full attack

here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/classes/monk.htm#flurryofBlows)

Flurry of Blows (Ex)
When unarmored, a monk may strike with a flurry of blows at the expense of accuracy. When doing so, she may make one extra attack in a round at her highest base attack bonus, but this attack takes a -2 penalty, as does each other attack made that round. The resulting modified base attack bonuses are shown in the Flurry of Blows Attack Bonus column on Table: The Monk. This penalty applies for 1 round, so it also affects attacks of opportunity the monk might make before her next action. When a monk reaches 5th level, the penalty lessens to -1, and at 9th level it disappears. A monk must use a full attack action to strike with a flurry of blows.

Does anyone have a link to a list of them?

In his melee combo guide (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=127026)he has four of them at the top of the second post, I'm not sure if thats all of them though, I dont think there are any missing but its entirely possible that there are some.

Exactly, Full Attack Action, pounce says "it can follow with a full attack" (not a full attack action). Subtle but it's one of the stupid things in RAW.

The second post of my melee combo guide (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=127026) has most of my useful links. Optimizing Power Attack, Increasing Size, Unarmed Damage, and Reach, How to get Extra Attacks, Natural Attacks, and AoO, How to get Pounce or Free Movement, X stat to Y bonus, Guide to Shields, etc. I'm working on a full index to everything 3.5 one post at a time. But that will probably take the better part of a year. In a way, I'm glad that I don't love 4E the way I love 3.5, because it means I don't have to relearn a hundred-ish different supplements.

For a pure Monk, my suggestion is that you buy a Psicrown of the Evader (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Psicrown_of_the_Evader) for access to Hustle. Or, as everyone will tell you, just don't play a Monk. Flurry of Blows is one of the least efficient methods of getting 2 extra attacks.

@Person_Man: Btw, your Free Movement guide being discussed in this thread has an important error. The Pouncing Charge Tiger Claw maneuver isn't available until ECL 9 (it's listed as 4).

For the monk: Definitely buy an Anklet of Translocation. It's cheap. It's only 2/day and only teleports you a short distance, but it will help.

Beyond that, if you have a lot of skill ranks in Jump, I'd say buy Tiger Claw Bracers (3k, Tome of Battle) to use as a prerequisite, then take the Martial Study (Sudden Leap) feat. Now 1/encounter, you can move your full Jump distance as a swift action. And as a bonus, you get some other random minor Tiger Claw trick.
