Any spell that you cast on yourself can also be "shared" to your familiar as a "copy" of said spell... example, one stoneskin cast can get you both stone skinned...
The thing is, how does that work with the teleport, dimension door, and greater teleport limit of "caster + 1 creature / 3 caster levels"
I would say it is pretty obvious that the familiar doesn't get its own second teleport (aka, I teleport with 3 people, the familiar teleports with 3 other people).
But does it mean that the familiar does not count against teleport limit? aka "self = wizard + familiar, so self + 3 creatures = self, familiar, and 3 others"
