((It's been a while. I don't remember what happens when you are attacked by a monster of equal attack, so I'll present both options.))

If Both Monsters are destroyed or just my monster is destroyed
Pyramid Turtle crumbles apart, and in its place stands a Zombie Mammoth in attack mode, who blocks the Djinn.

If Your monster is destroyed or both monsters live
Pyramid Turtle will also block Djinn after it shrugs off Manju's attack

If the attacking monster's ATK is equal to the defence-position defending monster's DEF, nothing happens. If attacking monster's ATK is equal to the attack-position defending monster's ATK, both monsters are destroyed. So, I take 200 LP damage when Djinn hits Pyramid Turtle (1200 ATK vs 1400 DEF), and I'll end my turn without attacking with Manju (since there'd be no point).

If Goblin Zombie attacks, I will add a Burning Skull Head (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Burning_Skull_Head) to my hand.

OOC: Negate. It won't actually destroy anything, but if you activate a regular trap card, its effect will be cancelled out as though someone played Solemn Judgement or another similar counter trap.

From the Graveyard, a golden container rises, its lid sliding away to reveal the card removed from play two turns ago. I also add Secret Village of the Spellcasters to my hand via Gold Sarcophagus' effect. I shall place one monster face-down and end my turn.

If you continue attacking with the first Zombie Mammoth:
The second Apprentice Magician fades from the field, only to be replaced by yet a third copy.

The second Apprentice Magician is destroyed under Goblin Zombie's blade, to be replaced by a third Apprentice Magician. The first Mammoth rushes forward, shattering its target, which activates again in the Graveyard to summon Old Vindictive Magician (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Old_Vindictive_Magician) in facedown defence mode.

If you continue attacking in the order you gave:
The second Mammoth destroyes Old Vindictive Magician, which points its staff at Skull Flame before vanishing from the field. Skull Flame suddenly collapses as a cloud of black smoke rises around it, dissolving it into nothing.

Its special effect activates, targeting my Royal Decree to shield itself from destruction by any of your card effects. I then activate Secret Village of the Spellcasters.

The playing field shifts and distorts, changing from a blank field to a twisted forest filled with strange homes. So long as I have a Spellcaster like Northwemko on the field, you may no longer activate any Spell Cards without a Spellcaster of your own. I attack your Zombie Mammoth with Northwemko, destroying it and dealing 800 damage to you. Its effect adds a further 1900 damage to that as well. That will suffice for my turn.

Rather than wait for Gold Sarcophagus, I then activate Burial from a Different Dimension (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Burial_from_a_Different_Dimension) to restore both Djinn Presider and Djinn Releaser to my Graveyard. I also play Preparation of Rites (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Preparation_of_Rites) to add to my hand a third Northwemko from my deck and Ritual of Grace from my Graveyard. Finally, I play Ritual of Grace and activate the effects of Djinn Presider and Djinn Releaser, removing both from play again to summon a second Northwemko to the field. This card will target both Secret Village and Royal Decree, protecting it from destruction so long as both cards are on the field, and will block any further special summons.

I attack, destroying your Burning Skull Head with my second Northwemko and drawing one card, then attack directly with my first Northwemko.

OOC: It's crippling once it's on the field, but it's still vulnerable to monster effects (which aren't affected at all) or spellcasters (which can bypass Secret Village and generally aren't bothered by Royal Decree). It can also backfire on me if Northwemko gets pulled off the field after Secret Village is played - that means that I can't use any spells, including Ritual of Grace. It's also pretty easy to stop before it gets started if I don't draw all of the cards I need (Secret Village, Royal Decree, Northwemko, Ritual of Grace, and seven stars worth of monsters in the field or hand/Djinns in the graveyard). Still, only some decks rely on monster effects heavily, and most of those use a lot of special summons.

OOC: If I have my math right, you had 5200 LP two turns ago. I attacked with one Northwemko directly after using the other to attack and destroy your defence-position monster, reducing it to 2500, then you took your turn, then I attacked on this turn with both monsters for game.

Ah, sorry. I didn't see you actually declare any attacks. Anyway, good match.

I'm just punching myself in the face right now, as I could have destroyed that Royal Decree a while ago with my Heavy Storm.

I think I might need some more high attack monsters, as I realize that I have no way of making enemies weaker, and my highest attack is 2600. I also have very few ways of sending enemies straight to the graveyard.

Don't worry about Heavy Storm. I don't think Royal Decree was actually the decider in this match, and before that, you had a facedown already as well. Losing two cards of your own to destroy one card of mine tends to be a poor trade unless that one card poses a major threat or is the only thing stopping you from winning on that turn. I think one thing that you could have done was attack on your first turn with Pyramid Turtle into my Manju, use its effect to special-summon either Skull Flame or Red-Eyes Zombie Dragon, then attack and destroy Manju with it (since you would still be in your Battle Phase). That would probably have made things a lot more difficult for me early on; I definitely wouldn't have tried to bait you into destroying Djinn Releaser by playing it in attack mode.

Snipe Hunter might be a decent side as a monster-effect destruction, but it wouldn't go very well with your deck since it's a Fiend rather than a Zombie; you couldn't seek it with Goblin Zombie or Pyramid Turtle. There aren't many Zombies stronger than Skull Flame, though. Despair from the Dark is one, but it's rather difficult to get onto the field since it can't be sought by Pyramid Turtle. Berserk Dragon is the most powerful, but it's even worse: it can only be special-summoned through one spell card, which can only be activated under very specific conditions, and it also has a bad effect that weakens it every turn. The best way in general to beat a lockdown deck is just to do it as quickly as possible - lockdowns need 3-5 cards at a minimum, usually, so they're pretty slow by comparison. If you can force your opponent to overplay early and destroy them piece-meal or trick them into underplaying and catch them by surprise for a one-turn kill, you'll have an advantage.

It was a fun and educational game, though. I learned more about my deck's weaknesses.

OOC: The Synchro Summon is correct, but you can't activate Book of Life since both effects are mandatory at activation (no "you may" or other similar wording). Since I don't have a monster in my Graveyard, you can't remove a monster in my Graveyard from play, so you can't play it yet.

EDIT: Sorry, I do have a monster in my graveyard. Senju is removed from play, so it can go through fine. Sorry again for the mix-up.

Looking at the facedown card, she shakes her head slightly. It cannot be helped. I activate Foolish Burial (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Foolish_Burial), sending Djinn Releaser of Rituals to the Graveyard. I then activate another Foolish Burial, sending Djinn Presider of Rituals to the Graveyard. I then activate Ritual of Grace, removing both from play to ritual summon Divine Grace Northwemko to the field in attack mode. I also set one monster facedown, then attack with Northwemko to destroy Brionac, which will permit me to draw one card.

OOC: Pause to see if your trap destroys Northwemko.

"Yes. I'd love to do this again sometime." He checks his wristwatch. "Though it seems that I'm needed elsewhere. Farewell. And good luck." He says, before disappearing in black smoke, his clothes falling to the floor. Leaning against his hat is a "Zombie Master" card.
