Congrats! You have lived for 2 decades, how does it feel? A lot like being 19, I bet.

This.

At least in the States. After 18 your b-day doesn't mean anything until 21. After 21, nothing until 25 (and even that, I believe, is just the ability to rent cars). After that, there are no considerable changes until the AARP sends you a letter telling you that you are old now.

Here in Europe the drinking age is 16.

Depends on where you are, In Hillerot (Denmark), you can get a drink at age 16 no problem, in Kopenhagen it was impossible. But 18 is the upper limit in Europe as far as I know. Hell, there are no legal differences between an 18 and 80 year old as far as I know.
I don't know that much however

65 year olds get a lot of stuff cheaper, at least in switzerland. And they don't have to work anymore (heck, often they aren't allowed to!). Oh, and after 50-something, the military finally lets you go. But yes, 18 is the legal adult age, including drinks and everything.

First, congratz, you are almost epic
Second, and not that I'm bragging (okay, I am), but here at Croatia you can get alcoholic drink in a bar around age 12, or 13. In general stores you can buy anytime you want, in fact, I have been purchasing liquor since age 7, when mom would send me to pick up something for guests :smalltongue:

So, you can go out drinking around age 14-15 without anyone making a fuss.
