I'll tell you right now, actually. It's not actually a spell, it's just something mimicking GDM. So, as it's not a spell, it can't be counterspelled.

Ready action:Jump far enough to clear the top of the prismatic wall if LoS is established at any point, or if the floor shatters under my feet and I stay up.

Observers:Anyone care to point me to the rules for creating Riverine weapons? I can't seem to find them, and would dearly like to be attacking from the ethereal plane right about now.

Well, it didn't really matter, because there was another +48 (:smalleek:) bonus that I forgot about, so I can throw you wherever I feel like...but it does add to your damage.

Make 3 Reflex saves, 2 Fortitude Saves, and 2 Will saves.

Then take [roll0] damage from being thrown around like a beanie baby by a little girl as you land directly on the other side of the prismatic wall.

The falling damage is largely irrelevant. They're checks versus the wall though, yes. If you manage to roll really low a lot, I may still be alive.

I have a few questions and notes, as a ref.

Tanaric:
What was up with the CL checks? Was that spell resistance? SR is checked once per effect, and a failed SR check makes you immune to that casting of the spell until its duration runs out. You should only check once for each layer of the Prismatic wall.

Force effects can pass from the Material Plane to the Ethereal Plane, but not the other way around. Therefore, you can't use a Riverine weapon to attack from the Ethereal.

While it’s possible to hit ethereal enemies with a force spell cast on the Material Plane, the reverse isn’t possible. No magical attacks cross from the Ethereal Plane to the Material Plane, including force attacks.
So force effects only work one way.

If you don't mind, how did you obtain the 160 fire damage? I can't think of any means to do that. You don't have to tell me (unless you want your sheet checked), but I'm curious because it's the only thing I don't recognize.

Actually, since I would have realized that you're wielding a longspear, I would've just moved back in the first place. Forgive my stupidity.

You dispel my Fell Flight and Shield of Faith. I fall 20ft for 2d6 damage, and my confusion on what I was doing is adverted.

Can I continue with my turn, or is there anything else you're doing to me?

Nope, he was teleporting away in response to your attack...and that caused a miss chance, since he might not have gotten the spell off in time. Thats what the miss chance is for, and this is all in the spell's description...honest.
