Specialist Charger
Your focused training enables you to make a more devastating charge attack.
Prerequisites: Weapon Focus, Weapon Specialization with selected weapon
Benefit: When making a Charge attack, you pick your spots on the way in, and are able to make a Full Attack, when charging, so long as you are wielding a weapon for which you have this feat.
Special: You may take this feat as many times as you wish, with a different weapon each time.
Normal: You can usually only make a single attack on a charge.

So it's essentially Pounce. The feat, while pretty good on it's own, gets crazy when you pair it with the classic ubercharger tricks. This multiplies charge damage that is already nearing four digits.

It's essentially pounce, yes. While the one-level dip in Barbarian is an easy way to get it, I dislike the flavor of it. Thus, a feat.

Ditch the 2 worthless requirments. No one will take this over a dip in barbarian (and that nets lots of little goodies other than pounce).

I'd either leave it as-is or remove the prereqs and instead require 4 levels in Fighter to take it. Melee characters do pretty much require Pounce or something equivalent to keep up at higher levels, so it's good to formalize that with a feat.

What about just requiring Weapon Focus? I feel like it's too useful to cost just one feat.

I'm of the opinion that if something can be gotten in a dip, you should be able to take a feat for it.

Indeed it is very useful--not to the point that you need to increase the prerequisites, though. You really shouldn't need a feat for it at all, since reliance on full attacks is already a major weakness of melee types and since you could move and attack just fine in 1e and 2e. A feat that just flat-out gives you Pounce would be just fine in my book.

I also converted Pounce into a feat in my games, in a very similar way:

Pounce
Prerequisites: Weapon Focus (any weapon), Base Attack Bonus +6.
Benefit: By expending your swift action this round you can make a full attack action at the end of the movement in a charge, with a weapon in which you benefit from the Weapon Focus feat, your turn is over after this.
Special: A fighter can take Pounce as one of his fighter bonus feats.

I had to ban the Heedless Charge section of the Shock Trooper feat, so everything runs smoothly.

This feat has also become a great help for fighter-like characters:

Reach
Prerequisites: Weapon Focus (any weapon), Base Attack Bonus +6, small size or larger.
Benefit: The reach of all weapons in which you benefit from the Weapon Focus feat is increased by 5 feet. The bonus of this increase in reach is not multiplied when changing size, is always 5 feet.
Special: A fighter can take Pounce as one of his fighter bonus feats.
