Using Old Ideas

As a DM, when you change your group of players, do you guys usually take an old campaign and tweak it for your new players or do you guys start from scratch every time?

Old ideas that have been tried and tested - I use them as the base to build a new thing.

The games I run for my players are never just simple re-hashes of old games, but I totally recycle the concepts and hooks. You can never have too many hooks.
