They've only been absent from two strips now, two strips that happened very quickly in comic time. I'm fairly sure they will be back shortly, if not by the next strip.

Uh, in comic time, they just found it. Possibly a minute discussion, and then Girard's Illusion showed up. Belkar and Durkon are some where in the nearest mile, and V and Roy had just started a conversation when the spell triggered.
