Hey guys its me again. Right now I have build a Ranger6/Scout4/Dervish10 Character with the following skills and feats:

Human Ranger6/Scout4/Dervish10
Stats (natural no enchantments)-
STR: 21
DEX: 18
CON: 18
INT: 16
WIS: 16
CHA: 15

Climb- 1 rank + STR
Diplomacy- 11 ranks + CHA + 2 (sense motive)
Hide- 23 ranks + DEX
Jump- 5 ranks + STR + 2 (from tumble)
Knowledge (Dungeoneering)- 5 ranks + INT
Knowledge (Nature)- 5 ranks + INT + 2 (from Survival)
Knowledge (Geography)- 5 ranks + INT
Listen- 23 ranks + WIS
Move Silently- 23 ranks + DEX
Perform (Dance)- 21 ranks + CHA
Search- 23 ranks + INT
Sense Motive- 5 ranks + WIS
Spot- 23 ranks + WIS
Survival- 23 ranks + WIS + 4 (from knowledges)
Tumble- 9 ranks + DEX + 2 (from jump)

1st- track, dodge
Human- able learner
2nd- Two-weapon fighting
3rd-Endurance, mobility
6th- Improved Two weapon fighting, Weapon Focus [Scimitar]
9th-combat Expertise
10th- Swift Hunter (CoS 81)
12th- Deadly Defense (CoS 76)
15th-Improved Skirmish (CoS 78)
18th- Acrobatic Strike (PHII 71)
BF- Cleave, Great Cleave, Spring Attack (while dervish dancing)

Favored Enemies:
Elf +2, Undead +4, constructs +4

Dervish Abilities:
Dance of Death
Dervish Dance 5/day
Fast movement +15ft
Movement Mastery
Improved Reaction
Elaborate Parry
Tireless Dance
+3 AC

Scout Abilities:
Skirmish 3d6 + 2AC (Improved Skirmish 5d6 +4 AC)
Uncanny Dodge
Trackless Step
Fast movement +10ft
Bonus Feat: Swift Hunter (4th lvl scout)

Ranger Abilities:
Distracting Attack (PHII) no animal companion

the idea with this character is that he must be able to critical hit ALOT and be dependable while moving constantly. I got help from the forums before but when I went to go search for the forum it appears it has been deleted. I know of one good feat that would help this guy (Darkstalker from LoM) but any other ideas would be good. Also equipment would be appreciated. Otherwise he is all up there. Thanks GITP and please do help me out here its for an epic level campaign and I need to get approval for all your advice before I can finish the build. Thanks again for all the help

Also favored enemies up to that point are Elf +2, Undead +4, and Constructs +4

You don't want to run out of Dervish Dance movement, which can be a problem if enemies are spaced out. One good fix for this is some wings that let you fly at 2x land speed; that basically doubles your speed. Do you mind being Evil? Feathered Wings are a graft from Fiend Folio (page 210) which do that. As a graft they take up graft slots rather than magic item slots, and can't be stolen.

Anklets of Translocation let you move 10 ft. 2/day as a swift action. This allows you to move a tiny bit and still get a full attack action and, I believe, skirmish.
