I'm worried

Okay, guys, Lately I've been really worried about my girlfriend. See . . . Her dad gets drunk and hits her and stuff. It really ticks me off, but I don't know what to do. I thought about callin the cops, but she said they are already in DHR and it won't help. And she's real private about it and I only found out about it when I asked her about her bruises. I don't know what to do but I want to help her out. Anyone know how I could help her?

even if she is "private" she needs to discuss it with someone who can give her the run down on what would be best for her
