An easy question, I hope.

I was looking and could not find a way to do this and I am not sure if you can't do it or if I am just being stupid. I was looking for a way to export/e-mail my self the character sheets I made in the character builder so I could print them out here at work. Is there a way to do that or do I have to have the character builder on the computer I am trying to print them from?

If you just want to print them, there should be an option to "print to file" in the character builder, then you can take the printing files to work and run them there (I don't have the CB in this computer so I can't test this theory right now).

You can download a free program that acts as a printer that you can print to. But instead of printing on paper, it prints to a pdf file that you can do whatever you want with.

If you've got MS Office installed, OneNote is a valid program for a printer location.

There's another program called CutePDF that does the same thing.
