If it doesn't say you can take it multiple times, you cannot take it multiple times.

Nowhere in the verbiage of the feat does it say that you may take Improved Skirmish more than once, or that its effects stack. That reads to me as a resounding 'NO'. If your DM rules otherwise, you're lucky.

EDIT: Ninja, of course.

crap xD
i read the feat, and its clearly "NO". but, my DM ONCE upon a time said
"if i take this feat multiple times, i will be shooting 1 arrow per turn and dealing 293847298 d6s (+ evil laugther)"

thats the reason i asked

ok, thx you both.

BTW: this is my progresion=
scout 5 / fighter 1
FEATS: point blank shot, weapon focus (longbow), precise shot, shoot on the run (scout extra feat) & improved skirmish.

i got 1 extra feat cause i took 1 flaw.

What do you recommend me?

This may prove beneficial to you in the long run. (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19872250/The_Scouts_Handbook)

Also, Weapon Focus (Anything but for prereqs) is for chumps. Grab Knowledge Devotion instead.

ready, Knowledge devotion in, weapon focus out.

Manyshot is only usefull in a full attack, and this buddy over here will skirmish, a lot.

Manyshot fires multiple arrows as a standard action: Greater Manyshot means each arrow fired gains the skirmish bonus. Use your move action as you see fit.

Or you could just use scout4/monk1 buy the training puppet of the master and make a fullround attack instead of the -8 penalty you get at level 20 for 4 arrows shot(manyshot)
you use a fullround attack (10ft step instead of 5ft because of the training puppet so you get skirmish) and rapidshot for 4 attacks (3bab +1 rapid) at -2 penalty

Luckily for us, someone else has already taken the time and effort necessary to figure out how to get enough movement for skirmish and a full attack! (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103358)

I'm guessing English isn't your first language, because in the English A&EG, its call Sparring Dummy of the Master. Training Puppet sounds like a choppy translation. No worries, I know how hard it is to be bilingual.

And it is listed:

•5ish?: Sparring Dummy of the Master (10 ft step instead of 5, requires 1 level of Monk, Arms and Equipment Guide)

Yes did notice it  and you are right its not my first language

That build can't take Shot on the Run can it? You still have to meet the prerequisites for the scout bonus feat, and Shoot on the Run needs dodge and moblity.
