Is there a way to get glibness on your spell list if you are not a bard? I'd like to be able to cast it as a cleric for a concept that I'm hashing out.

The commerce domain grants it as a fourth level spell, if that helps.

It is on the beguiler list. Also, if you are a cleric, have the spell domain, and can acquire a spellbook with glibness in it, you can use anyspell to prepare glibness in your 3rd-level domain slot.

See if your DM will let you play a Spellcaster. You never know. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/genericClasses.htm)

Sweet! Is that a core or supplement domain?

Ebberon player's guide, I believe (couldn't swear to that though).
It's in the Eberron Campaign Setting book.

Archivist (HoH, Excerpt) can nap it from the divine bard's (SRD) list.

Extra Spell feat.
Or Prestige Divine Bard. DIVINE BARD DOES NOT WORK THIS WAY! ;)

Well I know is doesn't pertain to the cleric, but the assassin gets it too, as a 3rd level spell

Extra Spell feat.
Pretty sure the consesus is that Extra Spell doesn't work that way (only gives you spells already on your class list).

Sublime chord gets bard spells.
You could also probably research it like any potential spell. Maybe a slightly weaker version.
Also, for the domain, there's arcane disciple.
