Can someone please help me locate this variant?

Hi. I was looking around for the Feat Rogue that I glanced mention of in some old topic. It mentioned a class that could swap sneak attack for feats, or something very similar to that. Could someone tell me the book (and preferably the page, if possible) to find this?

I've checked in Unearthed Arcana but can't find it at all. :smallfrown:
