My math says your 29 feet away.
Cast sudden maximized sunstroke. Take 12 points of Nonlethal damage.
That's game.
rageclaws doesn't protect against that? No save or attack roll?
Don't you need to cdg me?

Oh sorry, you can make a fort save to avoid being fatigued if you like... but you still take 12 damage.
But nope, no attack roll, no steely resolve, ignores rageclaws, and my dog just proceeds to eat you at his leisure
[roll0]
oh and either way I don't die for at least a turn, it goes to my delayed damage pool for a round

Only hit point damage goes to your delayed pool. This isn't hit-point damage, its nonlethal damage.
Come on crusader's strike!
Move up to you and iniitiate it, making a trip attempt vs your dog
[roll0] +1 for pool being full, -2 from fatigue
As far as I know thats a type of hit point damage, or at least I am going to pretend it is (feel free to entertain me or not). That is a hit. I think riding dogs are stable from their 4 legs so your dog has a +4 from that
[roll0] trip

It specifically says its not. (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/combat/injuryandDeath.htm#nonlethalDamage)
Dealing Nonlethal Damage
Certain attacks deal nonlethal damage. Other effects, such as heat or being exhausted, also deal nonlethal damage. When you take nonlethal damage, keep a running total of how much you’ve accumulated. Do not deduct the nonlethal damage number from your current hit points. It is not "real" damage. Instead, when your nonlethal damage equals your current hit points, you’re staggered, and when it exceeds your current hit points, you fall unconscious. It doesn’t matter whether the nonlethal damage equals or exceeds your current hit points because the nonlethal damage has gone up or because your current hit points have gone down.
