My little sister has a DS...or DSi...I've got no idea.

Anyhow...she has this game named "Scribblenauts", you can basically summon ANYTHING you want.

She's passed most of the levels. But she couldn't pass one. I tried, and I've got no idea. There is a car, and it says "Power on and drive to your house", but the car is smoking and won't drive. I tried:

Mechanic
Oil
Petrol
Fan Belt
Engine
God
Bulldozer
Crane

Nothing moves it and completes the level.

Help?

Can it play GBA games?

Yes: DS/DS Lite
No: DSi/Broken DS/Lite

If I remember correctly, I used a generator and a jumper cable and connected the two.

Or try "Starite".

(Sorry. Couldn't resist.)

DAMMIT! lol. I tried Jumper Cables but not Generator.

Well done.

She'll be stoked. That finishes the game for her.

Thanks!

Fake Starite doesn't let you win, however.

Alternatively attach a chain to the transformers on the telephone pole. Or strike the car with lightning... Or use jumper cables and another car...

By the way. The one word the game doesn't have that I would expect? Lambchop.

I made a horse tow it.

I used Lightning for that mission as well

Attached a wire to the power cables nearby. Victory!!

Anyone have any advice for getting the starite that is descended over lava in world 2 or 3? There's nothing but the starite, lava and a tripwire.

I believe I put an Island in the Lava for that one

And as always when I realise such a simple solution for Scribblenauts, a colossal facepalm.

Thanks.

Answer to ALL Scribblenauts problems

"Nuke"

...

I never said it was the right answer.

Also, try giving a priest a cross. My friend and I did this and the result was that he was nigh invulnerable to anything we could throw at him. Including T-Rexs, Cthulhus... God... Death Rays... even when used all at the same time. Thing is, being attacked made him go rabid or something, so... yeh.

The only thing that would get rid of him were stuff like nukes and tidal waves, which take you out as well.

Yeah, Priests don't have HP, they can't be killed except for insta-kills

The right answer is always napalm. Or pegusus with a rope attached to it

Or Mind Control Device

Or a well placed Black Hole.

Amazingly enough, using Nuke did actually get me a starite. In the Trick or Treat Level, I poofed one, activated it, the childrens ran screaming, starite appeared, I grabbed it, and a millisecond later the world exploded.

Still won the level though :-p

Freeze Ray is surprisingly useful.

Nuke is actually one of the better ways to do the early 'clean up the park' mission. Stand where he starite pops, nuke, the starite falls on your corpse

Nuke is amazing, as long as you passed the level once to see where Starite falls.

The nuke would be less stupid if the nuke shelter or vault protected you from it.

My little brother solved like 75% of the game with "Large Air Vent", which pushes people and things, can be jumped on, lifts you up, and so on.

I used a pterodactyl and a rope for most of the escort missions and so on. Narwhal is a great underwater rideable. Cupid's Bow and Mind Control Device are both great for making not friendly creatures ride-able.
