I will be playing a succubus monster class for an upcoming game and I'm looking for a large humanoid to use as a combat form with my polymorph ability. So far I can't find one. Are there any?

I think all the large ones count as monsterous humanoids. Though the next best thing will be Goliath (from races of Stone), though they are medium they got Powerful Build, which means they count as large whenever it would be beneficial to them.

WereBear (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/lycanthrope.htm#werebear)
WereTiger (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/monsters/lycanthrope.htm#weretiger)

In the future, the monster filter (http://www.penpaperpixel.org/tools/d20monsterfilter/) is your friend.

Sadness. Goliath I was hoping for, but it is also a monstrous humanoid.

Edit: And polymorph won't let me assume a form with a template. Ack! My fate grows darker and darker. :smalltongue:

Edit Edit: However, I checked the monster filter, and that's VERY NICE. Thanks for the link!

An succubus can assume the form of any Small or Medium humanoid.

I think there may be a problem here (besides the shortage of large humanoids).

Bugbear is probably your best bet for a fighting humanoid, with str, dex, con and na bonuses.

3.0 Succubi could become Large, 3.5 Succubi cannot.

Any creature that would otherwise classify as a Large humanoid is probably going to actually be a giant.

The Shinomen Naga from Oriental Adventures work-in fact, one of them is Huge.

Of course, if your DM will not allow this (and I would not blame him), I believe you are SOL.

Errata for Oriental Adventures changed their type to monstrous humanoid.

The only other large humanoid was the Stingtail Asabi in Monsters of Faerun (7HD), but that got updated to monstrous humanoid in the Player's Guide to Faerun.

The triceratops-humanoid from the Serpent Kingdoms web enhancement is large and humanoid.

Oho! Missed that one.

Yep. Large humanoid (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/Serpent_Kingdoms_WE.zip). 2HD, so alter self works.
