[Shadow_Elf]

A strange creature enters the field. It is nearly a perfect oval, with floppy rabbit-like ears, tiny, un-fingered hands and big feet. It is largely pink, but white in some places. As it climbs to its side of the dueling arena, you see that its great buggy eyes barely reach over the display.

Hello, friend! shouts the creature from across the room. This game looks like fun!

(I, ironically, decided that my back-up personality would be more fun to use, and as such, I will not be using the one previously described.)


A man with black hair that falls all over his head(Except his forehead.) in spike-ishly-shaped ends, walks into the room, wearing a dark blue coat with gold trim and blackish gray jeans.

His left arm has a shiny, new-looking duel disk on it.

His face goes mildly shocked for a moment. "Huh. A Wigglytuff, I wasn't expecting to see one here, much less see one talk. Oh well." He thinks to himself.

"And, greetings to you too, friend. Anyway, I believe proper duelist etique, as per the duelist handbook, before the match starts of course."
As he says this, he walks to the center of the arena & outstretches his hand, with nails that are overgrown for a man.
All the while, he is smiling a smile that although it bares no teeth, it seems to be just a bit too wide.


"Of course, you hardly look capable of shaking hands, and even if you could, I bet there's a risk of you being popped, what with your species being the balloon Pokemon." He adds on, upon reaching the center of the room.

After a long few seconds, the man walks away, disappointed.

As he walks away, back to you, he speaks in a voice that seems both snappy & cheery. "I see you're unwilling to shake hands, that's rather unfriendly, and discurteous, if you ask me."

Two cartoonish looking elves appear on the field, giggling oddly.

"Normally, it can't attack on the turn that it is summoned, but being that this is the first turn of the duel, nothing I summon can declare an attack. So hah."

"Also, I will set one card Face-Down. That is all for my turn....Your move." He says, almost excitedly.

You didn't give me a chance to shake hands! Y'know, its not easy to move as fast as you with no legs! laughs Wigglytuff. Anyway, if you want a proper introduction, I am Wigglytuff, Guildmaster of the Wigglytuff Guild of Treasure Town, and former leader of the prestigious Team Charm. May I get your name, friend?

"Bah. I thought you things could float or jump around. Isn't that faster than waddling as you chose to do?" He responds, indifferent to Wigglytuff's alibi.

Somewhat angrily he continues, "If you still want the handshake, then I'll oblige, and walk back over. Just say so before you start your turn."
"As for my name, just call me Alister." He says the last sentence in a somewhat calmer tone of voice.

Alister speaks somewhat disappointedly upon hearing that the handshake is being delayed, and that worse yet, so is the duel. "What a disappointment. Oh well, at least you're not forfeiting.")

So sorry for the holdup Mister Alister. It seems Chatot cannot run the Guild for five minutes while I play cards without there being some crazy emergency. Performing a graceful feat of dexterity, Wigglytuff leaps forward in a flip, landing nimbly before the man with the long finger nails. I'd be glad to shake your hand now, Sir. smiles the friendly, pink pokemon. Then we can pick up where we left off.

"Eh, I'm just glad the Duel resumed." Alister says, it's hard to tell if he's trying to be nice or mean.


"Anyway, about the handshake.... Didn't you say you wanted to shake hands at the end? Oh well." He says, shrugging.

He then grabs Wigglytuff's hand, not only gripping too hard, but gripping in a way that his nails hurt you.


"May the best human win." He cheerfully says, smiling.

Ouch. You're not very nice, Mister Alister. I'll just have to put you in your place, then! YOOM-TAH! With that, Wigglytuff, who was only trying to accommodate his opponent's desires, jumps over to his side of the arena in a single back-flipping bound. His eyes are narrowed, and steam is visibly coming out of his ears in short wafts. His normally pinkish hue is slightly redder than usual, resulting in a strange peachy-orange pallor. He does not take kindly to meanies.

OOC: I believe it was your move.

After the pain subsides, he stops wincing, & goes back to his smiling self. "Hmm, now now, I thought your kind were supposed to be NICE." He responds, while waving a finger.

"Anyway, I think I will summon a monster that seems to match your temperament: ENRAGED BATTLE OX (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Enraged_Battle_Ox)."

An enormous creature appeares, clothed in armor, wielding an axe, and as it's name implies, is quite enraged. Upon reaching the field, it roars loudly.


"Enraged Battle Ox, since you're so angry, you can attack the face-down monster first."
"Toon Gemini Elves, since we don't know what it is yet, let's wait till we see what it is before we follow Mr. Angry Ox's lead, OK?" Alister tells his monsters cheerfully.

The elves just nod. The ox on the other hand, rushes forward, axe in hand.

Your ox is cute, Mister Alister laughs Wigglytuff, calming down a little. But I think that my Giant Soldier of Stone is a bit too tough for him. You take 300 points of damage, and you activate my purple card! he says happily. Pharaoh's Treasure (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Pharaoh%27s_Treasure) is activated. It is turned faced up and then shuffled into my deck so that when I draw it later, it can help me out.

"Well, Enraged Battle Ox, bit I'm afraid I'm already sacrificing you." The Enraged Battle Ox disappears, as in it's place, an enormous lizard-like monster in cybernetic armor (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Giga_Gagagigo) appears.


"Now then, Giga Gagagigo, make short work of that puny Giant Soldier of Stone!"

Giga Gagagigo rushes over to Giant Soldier of Stone, picks it up and violently smashes it against the ground before throwing it away for it to smash into pieces.

"Next, Toon Gemini Elves, make your first attack and attack the face-down monster!" The two elves raise their arms, and create a magical ball of energy, which they then throw at the face-down monster.


"After that attack, I'll end my turn."

As Alister looks at his newly drawn card, he smiles.

"And it's effect gives it an extra 500 ATK & DEF!"

"Then, I will summon Goblin Elite Attack Force (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Goblin_Elite_Attack_Force)!" A massive number of goblins in greenish, but knight-like armor, appear, swords and other weapons at the ready.

"And now: OFFERINGS TO THE DOOMED (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Offerings_to_the_Doomed)!!" He screams, holding the card in his hand high in the air, as if it were far more useful than it really was.
