Even if you get LoS to me, the concealment from the Fellmist Robe should keep me "hidden" unless you get within 5 feet, even if you know what square I'm in from the fog. Which, if I understand correctly, effectively gives me total concealment against non-adjacent attackers. :smallbiggrin: *Made this build specifically to spite Kelgore's builds*

Oh, I forgot to roll a hide check even though I said I was hiding. That was dumb. >_>

Argh. I didn't have the speed to climb at all after throwing the hook, so I'm only 30 feet away. That leaves you with an 18 to my 17. So you see me.

I believe the sanctuary clause is exactly for this reason, to keep people from winning initiative and instantly obliterating their foes. :smallwink: Regardless, I'm in trouble already.

That should block LoS, but since I know in general where you are, its time to come riding around the building to see if I can see you.

Mount is going to move to W19, which should give me LoS to the entirety of the back of building

When the mount gets to Q19, I'm going to attempt a fast dismount into Q18

Are you not doing anything on your turn? I don't want to shoot until I can do so and then move away.

Also, I'm pretty sure it was established in the discussion thread when I brought up Fellmist Robe that you can discern my general location, even if you can't pinpoint me. So it's not all bad...

You've got cover from the rooftop, so you don't really need to worry about concealment.

If I was you, I'd just attack, use a move action to break los by stepping back away from the roof, and then finish the move back to the edge and hide again. Gets you better checks then sniping.

But yeah, if I can't find you, I've got nothing. So I can't really do anything.

That works for me, although I do still run the risk of you having a readied action to zap me in between my attack and movement.

So, shoot with Arrow of Dusk, move back, move forward.

Yep, and I can't make the spot check... but yeah, I can ready an action to attack you if you become visibile, which would limit you to sniping.

Ready an action to cast a spell if you become visible.
