Seems I was correct in my assumptions. Having Savior Dragon requires either Stardust Dragon or Red Dragon Archfiend and another monster to be on the field to pull out a beast of divine power. Good thing I have Knowledge(Card Effects). I draw!

First, I'll use my Golden Ladybug's ability, gaining 500 Life Points. Then I flip up my face-down Prime Material Dragon and then activate my Victoria's ability, bringing to my side of the field Stardust Dragon! Now then, Stardust Dragon, attack your former master's face-down card! After that, my Victoria destroys your Divine Dragon. Next, my Gellenduo harvests 2200 more life points off of you. Finally, my Prime Dragon attacks you directly, destroying you! Nice duel, too bad for you I had plans set in motion. Also too bad I couldn't use my Sanctuary or my Agent of Force/Neo-Parshath/Ancient Sacred Wyvern. That would have been fun. We should duel again sometime, you are by-far the most challenging duelist I've faced yet. (other than Blue Ghost, but he's an expert...) See you around!

Anyway, the problem I see with my deck is that I mixed Savior Star Dragon and Stardust Assault together. Those cards can't support themselves too well all by themselves and require different way of getting to them. All in all? Bad deck synergy. It's a shame, I wanted my cake and eat it too.

Oh, that was for Altaria. He has a dragon deck that humiliated me, so I decided sweet revenge would be good. Also, two on the field=Magician's Valkyrie/Marauding Captain lock.
