The figure then appears, where none once stood. It is almost as large a Gula, but stands on 4 legs. Its eyes are closed. There is a haze about the creature that makes it difficult to focus on him directly - as if staring at him makes you want to give up and fall asleep.

It doesn't move its mouth, but you can still hear it speak. It sounds like it is whispering, yet the voice is all you can focus on.

Because it is not a Tribute summon - the card's text specifically says
"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 monsters on your opponent's side of field and is Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field."

Therefore it is a Special summon, even though I'm sacrificing monsters. Basically it's like how a Ritual Summon is a Special Summon, even though you are sacrificing monsters.

I'm double checking with the wikia to be safe, but I think that about sums it up.
