Hiya.

Question: Bluff: can you feint at range? Specifically, I am playing a sorcerer and am wondering about feinting to improved ranged touch attacks.

Also (my bad) Can a caster (or anyone affected) simply de-buff himself from effects like Beast Shape or Gaseous Form at will, or does he have to wait out the effects?

Edit feature, man. Learn it, love it, use it.

For the actual questions:

Feinting- no. 3.5 standard specifies that you must be in melee combat with your target. Pathfinder does not have that particular language, but it does state that the benefits of the feint apply only with the next melee attack you make against the target. Neither version of the game allows you to feint to improve a ranged attack.

Spells: It depends on the spell. The rules for Pathfinder and 3.5 Original Flavor are identical on this.

(D) Dismissible: If the duration line ends with “(D),” you can dismiss the spell at will. You must be within range of the spell's effect and must speak words of dismissal, which are usually a modified form of the spell's verbal component. If the spell has no verbal component, you can dismiss the effect with a gesture. Dismissing a spell is a standard action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

A spell that depends on concentration is dismissible by its very nature, and dismissing it does not take an action, since all you have to do to end the spell is to stop concentrating on your turn.

If you are not the spell's original caster you will usually have to wait for the spell to expire on its own. Although, again, refer to the spell- many of them allow the spell's target to change his own condition, such as turning to and from stone when under the effect of the Statue spell.
