Limits of Seize Concentration?

Can an incantatrix use seize concentration to take over concentration of an ally's spell-like ability? There's a warlock in the party and we often summon critters, but I'm the only primary caster. We'd get a lot more mileage out of seize concentration if I could pick up the SLAs.

Tell him to drop the two skill ranks for swift concentrate (CompScoundral) and concentrate as a swift action (it has an excerpt with it)

Nice! I'll definitely point that out to him. My ultimate goal was to enable him to spam his wall of fire invocation. If I pick up sonorous hum, I could use Seize Concentration and quickened sonorous hum spells to spin off his walls of fire into self-sustaining effects just as quickly as he could invoke them. It's far from optimal, but he wouldn't know optimization if he woke up with a huge hangover and found it in bed with him, and he looooves his wall of fire, so it would make him happy.
