The Two-Weapon and Multi-Weapon rules are pretty clear mostly; you have 2 arms with weapons, it's two-weapon, you have 3+ arms with weapons, it's multi-weapon, you have other attacks, they're natural. But what do you do about non-natural attacks that don't rely on limbs?
What do you do about the Monk who fights with 2 Kamas, and kicks in between? The Two-Weapon Fighter with Spiked Armor? Do they just take the same secondary penalties, or is this impossible? Would they be able to take Multi-Weapon fighting at a stretch?

Give them Multi-Headed template for some LA and call it a day

I really don't know.

That doesn't really answer the question though. Sticking a template on doesn't solve everything you know. Especially since the extra heads are natural attacks, not armed strikes.

You could potentially arm yourself with a half dozen weapons between gauntlets, armor spikes, knee blades, elbow blades, boot blades, a mouth pick, and all the other non-hand weapons, but you still don't qualify for Multiweapon fighting.

If you do have TWF, you don't have to make all of your attacks with 2 weapons. If you have 3 main hand and 2 offhand attacks, you can make 5 attacks in a round. These 5 attacks could be with 5 different weapons, or 2 different weapons. The only stipulation is that if you use a weapon as a main hand attack, you can't use it as an offhand attack and vise versa.
