Is there any way to increase your uses of this per day short of increasing wisdom?

Untiring Virtue (DP).

Unfortunately not quite what I need considering I'm level five.

Is there a way to replace The Wisdom requirement with Charisma by chance?

Past homebrew, nope.

/\ What he said.

And, if you are the DM, think long and hard about allowing a feat to replace the WIS requirement with CHA - doing so will essentially let a Paladin use CHA for every single class ability he has, barring Religion and Heal checks.

This is generally seen as contrary to the 4e design philosophy - every class should have an attribute that is an important secondary.

Considering both Constitution and Intelligence are necessary for this character I think he meets that requirement.

Uh, I think there was a feat somewhere that added Cha or something to the amount healed, and also gave you an extra use.
:edit: correction, it gives you an extra healing surge.

yeah, Devoted Paladin from divine power. Already took that.

Healing Hands (http://www.wizards.com/dndinsider/compendium/feat.aspx?id=290) is like Devoted Paladin except not as good. But they do stack.

... that doesn't answer your query, but unfortunately at level five there is no answer to your query. Ask again at level eleven, and then at twenty-one.

Another aspect of 4e is that you can't always get what you want. A Paladin with positive modifiers in 4 stats runs the risk of being far too balanced for his own good.

EDIT: Unless this guy happens to be Githyanki, in which case the Int and Con would come with the territory.

Nope, Tiefling.

This is a hybrid character by the way. I call it the warladin (Warlock/Paladin)

If the DM allow you to re- fluffy it as "a pact with divine forces (good or evil)", that would make an awesome concept. "I blast thee in name of my deity."

Is it not already like that? I apparently need to have a little talk with my group's Paladin of Torog (currently featuring a side-deal with Asmodeus).

The Paladin is; the Warlock has more specific sources.

Heh. Of course, that works perfectly fine for your character, what with how the Hell-things of Asmodeus and the Dark-things of Torog already have their own pacts.
