Is there any way to gain claws as a Changeling, outside of using Warshaper? Preferably feat or item, but classes also work. Nothing with an LA, if possible. All sources in 3.X are open.

The Psychic Warrior power Claws of the Beast gets you two pretty freaking powerful claws, if you're willing to augment them.

Otherwise, the Feral Template gets you claws and pounce.

The Dragon Disciple PrC (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/prestigeClasses/dragonDisciple.htm) gets claws at 2nd.

^ Totemist is nice

There is also a Paladin sub level from Champions of Valor for Horus-Re that gives you the ability to grow claws instead of smiting evil

Holy crap Playground, some fast responses!

Anyway, very helpful. If anything else comes to mind, don't hesitate to post it.

Dragonlance's Dragonspawn templates, the Claws of the Beast variants (such as Claws of Light & Darkness), Druid/Wildshape Ranger, the Crawling Gauntlet symbiont, and the Bite of the Werecreature line come to mind.

Oh right, taloned arm graft from RotD for -2 hp

FF has Clawed Arm (fiend graft) and rending claw (illithid graft).

Psionic Sinew Symbiont can use claws of the bear on you for 1 dex damage.

Demon Armor (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicArmor.htm#demonArmor)

(If you're not evil you're hit with a negative level whenever you wear it).

Those all have to be bound to your Totem chakra to get the claws, which isn't available via a feat.

Claws of the Wyrm (Dragon Magic p. 83) can give you two claw attacks just with the Shape Soulmeld feat. Requires dragonblood type, though.

Hidden Talent could be used to pick up Claws of the Beast.

Draconic Graft: Taloned Arm will set you back about 34K. There may be other grafts out there that aren't so pricey.

Still useful, 1 level dip into master of mask and grab the Savage mask gets you claws.

For your Idea: Totemist (Ty Claws of the Sphinx)

My idea (a lot cheaper): Warforged with a claw gauntlet (SoX)

probably one of the best sources for claws (and other natural attacks, and even extra arms, which i believe causes extra attacks allowed) would be the Evolutionist, http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=112349. Best base class from the playground ever, ballanced to extremes, and still granting cheese-hunters lot's of fine swiss, if they're willing to work. threads dead, now, though, but there are necromancers around somewere, just have to find them.

Binder 10 with Improved Binding feat can bind Ipos, who grants claws (cold iron) and rend abilities, amongst other goodies. By that level, you can bind two vestiges, so you could combine Ipos' claws with Chupoclops bite (and pounce ability).

Wait. They actually have a vestige called Chupoclops? And this is taken seriously? Am I the only one that thinks of these:

when I hear that name?

Chupar is the Spanish word suck (where Chupa CHups get their name).

I think it is supposed to be similar to Chupacabra (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chupacabra) (Goat Sucker).
