Hey! What's the best way to make cards (preferably 3.5 index cards or half that) for powers, spells, whatever.

I'm playing an artificer, so I want to have my infusions, armor/weapon enhancements, etc handy and easy to access.

Thanks!

I have considered it, but the amount of spells known gets really really large really quick.
Most of them have a description too long to fit on a card, and I find it to be easier to use google docs... I make a hyperlinked to SRD document listing my spells per level. Spells without available hyperlink (ex, from spell compenidum) get copy pasted in full at the bottom of the page.

Sig. You can buy the whole lot of core cards for $20ish. There's also a link to free blank cards in there somewhere, if you want to make your own. But you need acrobat editor to save them which sucks. Otherwise I'd use a spreadsheet program like Excel. Or print the blanks and handwrite any notes you need.

I was kinda hoping for nice formatting and the ability to copy paste. Back a while ago people were using custom magic card makers for 4e power stuff so I was kinda hoping for something similar to that?

EDIT: Maybe something a bit more generic than this: http://www.playwrite-blog.net/dungeons-and-dragons/introducing-the-4e-power-toolkit-create-your-own-classes-races-powers-and-power-cards/ , but that's the vein I want.

My favorite layout for 4E power & item cards is made by Grandpa, a user on EN World's forum. The existing cards are getting a bit old, and making new ones takes a bit of editting in Powerpoint, but once you get up to speed it's reasonably quick to make new or edit cards. Check the link for examples of the cards.

Ooh, I REALLY like Tintagel's Powercards ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rByyyBg8kfM ). They're super pretty. Unfortunately they aren't free :(

I may try to make my own, I'll put 'em online if I do.
