Genesis seems to be able to do many crazy things if you can determine the planar traits.

How would you make an utterly great plane?

I'd like

Subjective Directional Gravity (whee, anyone can fly)
Flowing Time (standard quick recover trick)
Divinely Morphic (where specific unique beings is the caster of genesis.)
OR Static (you can't affect things here. Good for phylactery storage)
Limited Magic (take your pick of what spells can work here)

Also, anyone have an idea how to make the best Neutral Ground? No fighting on this plane. Ever. Dead magic prevents most major fights, but not melee. Maybe you could try Sentient (dedicated to peace) plane... Fight, and the plane itself changes to stop you.
