Zorc destroys Parshath, followed by him attacking directly, wiping out my life points. Good game. Any suggestions on how to improve my deck (While still focusing on Ruin for fluff purposes)

Your deck looks well built enough. Djinn Releaser is really good, but it may be a bit hard to use with End of the World. Sanctuary in the Sky also doesn't seem like it serves any good purpose in this Deck. Same goes for Burden and Cestus of Dagla. Good cards, but in my opinion, lack synergy.
Try adding a few more Level 8 monsters that synergize well with your Deck.
