I think it has a AC of 5, you know, like when you have to hit a square, the AC is 5. But I'm not positive.

Remember that you move at half speed when balancing, so you can only make it to K12.

Edit: Gleb:No, they're supernatural abilities, so they don't provoke unless the specific feat says otherwise.
