No AoO as you leave C1, but as you leave D1 an AoO is triggered...

By failing the sense motive, you lose dex to AC, allowing me to sneak attack. That's where the extra damage comes in. We'll see what this gets me before I post my turn.

Yeah, I got a few lucky rolls there. I actually really want to try this combat scheme in a game - has the potential for lots of character flavor.
