Hyperlinks

I am not a real tech savvy type of person and have no clue how to do this. I also might have the wrong name, not 100% positive. I need to be able to create a link in a powerpoint that leads to a different slide in said powerpoint. I have tried looking at a few sites and got rather lost and confused. So can you guys help me?

I don't think you need a hyperlink. Why just have a copy of the intended linked slide after the slide with the link? That way there is nothing complicated to go wrong.

From the title I assumed this would be a "tell me your favourite links" thread. You also didn't mention what version of Powerpoint you were using.

Insert>Hyperlink>Point to a location inside this file ?
