Consider adding Spell absorption due to your high level of spell cards.

Effect-Monster lockdowns can be a major hindrance on your deck. In addition, while Lily can get to amazing attack points, she is vulnerable on your turn. Consider including Heart of clear water or some other way to ensure her survival. In addition, a way to get piercing or a direct attack would be valuable, as you might end up just having to attack defense monster after defense monster until your opponent can deal with her.

Another interesting idea would be to add Counselor Lily into your deck, and include lifepoint-gaining synchros like Magical Android or Thought Ruler Archfiend.
