HALO is located Under the Sea! However that doesn't mean you can't visit...
There are Shuttlepods providing arrivals and departures on a regular schedule.
There are no anti-teleport wards!
If you can't teleport yourself, there are Ring Transporters, which link (among other places) the Mall of Acronymia from Inside.

Important Note for Villians
Conflict is great! It's the heart of any story, and there isn't much to roleplay without it. However, as a player to player courtesy, please check in with the players who are active at any given time before launching an attack. Not everyone wants to roleplay combat scenes, and sometimes there are other things going on that players don't want to interrupt for a random fight. Either a PM/IM to players, a short post in thread to say ((Mind if I introduce a villain here?)) or a longer post in the OOC thread if it's a larger plot is appreciated.

Matt raises an eyebrow. I didn't know she was that domestic either...

Patty giggles some more. "It's the family secret. We pretend to be bad girls but the moment we get in the kitchen, well..." She winks.

Matt winces ever so slightly following his slip, but quickly sees Patty isn't making anything of it and tries to cover it up and move on. Meh. So what plans do you have?

That works, and Matt tries to pull Patty in his lap for a deeper kiss. Sounds nice.

Eya. That would be horrible. Now, you can't make someone love you. I would, were I you, try to make the ones who think they don't deserve love feel better. That you stand a chance of accomplishing.

Well, you could try to explain that her leaving hurts you, but that's risky. Or you could act just friendly, and resume your normal affections slowly, once she becomes comfortable with that.

Vaze sighs and then there's a growling from his stomach. " Um, anything to eat around here? "

Dont you see? That's exactly the problem. I've tried everything with her. Ive been nice, mad. I explained to her how much it hurts me, and that's the only thing that kept her from running off again for a while, but even that didn't last. I don't know if anything will work anymore.

I see now. Sometimes, the only thing that will work is time, or nothing at all, hard as that can be to accept.

I was afraid of that. But I can always try working things out with Nerine in the meantime.

She is. She is also a woman I love. I am technically now a follower of her.

Maya goes into the kitchen, waves at Arlem, and gets a steak cooking.

She has the steak on a plate, seasoned and all.

Vaze salivates a bit. It feels like he hasn't eaten since yesterday. He goes to take the plate almost meanly but then stops. " Thank you. " He says and waits for her to give it to him.

You're welcome, she says. She smiles, then hands him the plate.

He thanks her again and then digs in. Half the steak is gone in under thirty seconds. Vaze then sighs happily and starts to go at it much slower.

Maya finishes packing up her stuff (meaning: her black dress and whatever other stuff she's going to use) since she figures her shift is over.

I could have had a steak burrito for lunch today, but I decided against it.

Maya finds a changing room (or something. There has to be something that gives enough privacy) to change into her strapless black dress. Because she needs to get her pink uniform washed.

Most nurses uniforms do need to be washed after a day of work, usually because of all the blood and bile and sick and whatnot that comes with the job.

Vaze is almost done with his steak and he looks around. Where'd everybody go? He thinks. No one is around anymore... hmmm...

Vaze's attention drifts back to his steak. Ah, yes, the last piece, he plans to savor this.

Maya walks out of the changing room, wearing the dress.

She waits...he's almost finished, and she'll take that back to the kitchen.

She... she looks different. Vaze thinks as he stares for a second. He quickly shakes his head and looks back at his plate. The steak is gone and Vaze puts the fork lightly onto the plate.

Here, I'll clean that up for you, says the actress, going to him to pick up the plate.

" Um, thank you and thanks again for getting it for me. " He says glancing up with a small smile on his face.

You're welcome, she responds with a smile.
My shift's over, so I probably won't be cominig back in here for a while, says Maya, taking the plate with her as she goes out.

" Well I am feeling better but still not great. " He says and nods as she leaves.

She takes the plate to the kitchen, to wash it.

Vaze lays there for another minute or two and then slowly sits up and gets out. He goes over to a sink and turns it on splashing the water onto his face cleaning it up a bit. He then dries it off and goes over and sits down onto the bed again thinking.

Maya gets herself something to eat, wishing there was some way she could practice her acting skills again.

Vaze gets up and starts to slowly wander the halls making his way... somewhere...

Vaze eventually wanders into the training room. He goes over to a mat and sits down crossed legged and takes deep breaths and slowly exhales. Mental exercise as well as a calming exercise.

Well, Arlem would wave back to Maya and then go to the pool. The guy in the training room doesn't seem to want to be disturbed,

Vaze slowly gets his body under his complete control again. That virus or whatever really messed him up a bit. His stomach growls again. He waits a while before he finally gets up and heads to the kitchen.

Matt lightly bites down and pulls her tighter into him, but is slightly reluctant to do more in public.

Patty shivers, not going to press further though unless Matt suggests it...

They're still in the kitchen, so Matt doesn't really do anything more.

Patty, for her part, nuzzles Matt a little, and whispers. "Wanna go to my room?"

Matt smiles and nuzzles back, gently rubbing her leg with his fingers. Yeah, sure.

Patty turns to get a better grip around Matt's shoulders and smiles. "Then carry me there, handsome..."

I notice you seem to have this thing about making me do all the work... He teasingly gives her backside a pinch, then carefully stands up and carries her off.

"Well, it -eep!" Patty jumps a little at the pinch, then giggles and puts kisses all over Matt's neck as he carries her to their room.

Matt squirms but manages to hold on to Patty... long enough until he can unceremoniously dump her on the bed. You're beautiful, Patty.

[The Bushranger]

"Thank you..." Patty catches her breath a little, then smiles up at him. "You're beautful too, handsome..." She squirms to the side on the bed making room for Matt.

Matt scowls a little at that, but it really is true. This angelic form of his is as beautiful, and slightly effeminate, as you would expect from a celestial. :smalltongue:
But he quickly lies down on his side next to Patty, curving a hand around to the small of her back to pull her in closer.

Patty is pulled closer, and tilts her head to softly kiss Matt's lips, reaching around to run a hand across his wings.

Matt kisses her back gently, shivering as she touches his wings.

Smiling, Patty lets her hands wander across those wings as she keeps kissing and presses herself closer.

The stroking of his sensitive wings is driving Matt a little crazy, and he rolls on top of her to deepen the kiss. He also lets his own hands wander.

That's exactly what Patty wants. :smalltongue:

And she goes to wrap her legs around Matt and pull the curtain.

And it'll stay down for as long as Matt's player wants!
Patty will be smiling very happily when it comes back up, though.

When it comes up, there's a matching grin on the young angel's face. Matt's lying on his back, but with his arm under Patty and snuggling her close.

"Have I told you just how much I love you?" Patty whispers, nuzzling Matt's chest and sighing happily.

I think you've mentioned something along those lines, once or twice... Matt turns his head and tries to kiss her cheek.

He's successful, and she returns the gesture in kind!

"Not often enough," Patty insists, resting her head on Matt's shoulder and sighing happily.

Matt grins up at the ceiling, holding her close. I love you too Patty. Totally and completely. You are... he eyes her figure out of the corner of his eye. ...Amazingly sexy and gorgeous, smart and funny, very caring, and I can't wait to be married to you so we can live together for the rest of our lives...

Patty blushes and smiles at Matt's compliments. "That's amazing, because you're amazingly sexy and gorgeous, caring, handsome, sweet, and overall the only man I could ever want to spend the rest of my life with, and I can't wait either..."

Matt blushes a little too, and turns over to try and pull Patty into a very sweet and loving kiss, trying to communicate all his feelings for her in that one, long moment.

Patty, for her part, is more than happy to return the kiss, sweet, soft, gentle, loving, for just as long as the two of them can hold it, hoping her own feelings for Matt can be felt through it as well.

Eventually Matt breaks the kiss and hugs her tightly, draping a wing protectively over her.

Patty sighs happily and cuddles up to Matt as close as she can, closing her eyes and feeling safe, and loved.

And sleepy.

Soon she's sound asleep in his arms...

Matt strokes her hair gently as she falls asleep, and stays awake for awhile after, just watching over and protecting her. He kisses her forehead and starts to tell himself that he should probably get some sleep, but his eyes close and he's out long before he finishes the thought.

So, this girl comes down the chute to the depths of the ocean. She has beautiful mahogany hair, palish skin, smile on her face, and she looks like she's concentrating, as if she's trying to remember something. Pretty much human, but there's something about her that hints 'not human'.

And the character I just made is exiting the elevators into HALO. He is an angel with shimmering white hair that almost matches his wings. Which extend to a 9.5 foot wingspan. He wears white robes lined with gold thread. He has green eyes and stands at 5'9" when not flying. He exits the elevator and looks around at the base of the organization he has just joined.

Really? Becase Sevara doesn't see anything wrong. He believes he's here to do exactly what he says, for exactly the reasons he mentioned. And who knows, maybe that is why.

Feeling comfortable enough to fly in the base now, he unfurls his wings.

Sevara's lifts up into the air and glides down the hall to the main room.

Well, Kevin would either take that to mean she's too weak to make time and talk to some fellow Goddesses, or that she considers actually dealing with "lesser" deities to be far beneath her. Kevin is used to a world of several deities who regularly meet and work with each other.

Ariez, who is a god of bloodshed, war, heroics, champions, bravery, destruction, and assassins, decides to pit-stop here again. It's an entirely buisiness matter, again.

Meanwhile, Eklipso is also here. I've also got a plot thing for her decided, too, but I'm only going to have one plot-thing occur at the same time. Meaning...I won't give away what's going to happen until later.

Well Alhana doesn't run into him, because she is too busy making elven bread.

But my newest character runs into him. He's an angel of Esande, Goddess of Light. And so he does recognize Ariez because he is a god.

Vaze thanks Alhana for the bread again and then heads off to a washroom. He hasn't washed for a while and with the recent sickness and training he did he thinks he needs it.

Sevara the angel is still around. He is keeping a close eye on Ariez. But now he is actually trying not to be noticed.

Ariez still sits, with a dagger in his hand as he flicks it around, spinning, catching, out of boredom.


Meanwhile, the guy who comes down the pod is Will! With his wolf!

What about me? asks the prince innocently. Well...kinda innocently. But at least he's smiling.
He's holding a red glowy orb, a silvery metal rod, and a large, shield-sized scale that his wolf is carrying in her mouth.
He glances at Ariez. Ha!


Meanwhile, the god of bloodshed looks bored.

Nerine forgets that Ariez is right there listening.
It was you who impersonated Ariez.

That's about the time that Sevara sees Nerine enter and Will too. He decides that now would probably be a good time so he folds his wings in and enters the waiting room.

Him? Will nods to Ariez, who is indeed listening. Naw. How could I? Their hair doesn't even look remotely the same. Will's is long (for a guy), dark red, and in a ponytail, while Ariez's is slightly shorter (to his shoulders), and appears to be flaming and emitting light.

Nerine puts her hands on her hips and pouts.

Ariez looks at Nerine. You better not tell anybody what happened here. Which, actually, shouldn't be that hard. Since she probably has no idea exactly what happened. Better safe than sorry, though.

He then turns to Nerine and bows.

Whew. Neither of them know about his sister that he's been keeping a secret from all the other gods and goddesses. His sister who lost her power and became mortal, recently.

It was...a deal that I had made, says Ariez. (3 syllables). Nothing that concerns you nor Esande.

He also had another god killed to fulfill the deal. Don't worry, though. It was a traitorous god. He would've killed him anyway.

None the less, Esande still wants a private meeting with you to try and get you to tell her. She wouldn't tell anyone if you told her you know. Anyways, she can't currently meet right now because she is busy. But I'll be here awaitig your answer.
