Basically, drops HD down to d6, but gains the following:

Trapfinding class ability at 1st level
Disable Device and Open Locks as class skills.

Skills go up to 8+ Int Mod (X4 at 1st level)

What do ya think?

Quick to act +1, discipline focus (weapon focus)
and gain:
Sneak Attack (+1d6)
