((I'm not reall that sure to be honest. Water Dragon decks are known to be really not that good, I can't think of anything at the moment, but I might get back to you. Anyway, now for a bit of 'story'))
You see the Herald making a few editions to her deck as Altaria walks into the Arena. He sees her take the Red-Eyes Black Dragons out.
"Hey, Herald!"
She turns her head to him.
"Yes, sir?"
"You do realise that since your deck no longer revolves around a level 5 or higher Normal Monster, it no longer falls under your domain?"
"Umm... Oh, oh yeah... darn"
"Looks like I'll have tot ake it and give it to anothe rmember of the Church."
The Herald rolls her eyes
"Yes boss. Looks like I'll have to redesign the duel disk."
She then walks back into the scroll as Altaria continues on his walk, giving you a courteous nod.
[yes, this is all just adressing how I realised that I don't actually have much Red-Eyes support in the deck, and thus changed it.]

Yes, one very obvious suggestion: Ancient Gear Whatsit (not even going to try to spell what it's called) Dragon (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Ancient_Gear_Gadjiltron_Dragon). Why summon Ancient Gear Knights with Geartown when you can bring out a 3000-ATK Beatstick?
