When does this update?

My apologies if this is a massively repeat post, but I am unable to locate a search function, or a post explaining why OOTS updates so infrequently. The FAQ page still says there is an update 3x per week. Which is very pointedly not the case. If someone could at least point me to a search function, or where I might find this information I would be very greatful. Thank you!

the FAQ is extremely outdated.

Rich has an illness that prevents him from updating on any sort of regular schedule. Also, topics about the update schedule are not allowed.
