I know you can swap out the novice/adept/acolyte multiclass powers out with higher level powers from your multiclass class, but can you swap say the 7th level encounter power you gain from paragon multiclassing for say a level 23 encounter power from that class once you get to level 23?

Also: Does the demigod's ability to recycle encounter powers apply to powers like Healing Word?

Yes. Whenever you gain a level, you can undo (trade back) your previous power swap, then swap a new power of the appropriate type. Says so in the PHB, at the page with the MC feats.

I know it does, I just wanted to make sure it applied to the paragon multiclass powers as well, thought it might only apply to the powers from novice/adept/acolyte power feats.

Errata turned this into encounter attack powers, I believe.

Where could I find that errata?

I'm away from books, but I don't think so. You cannot retrain your paragon path powers for higher level powers, so retraining powers granted via paragon multiclassing presumably follows the same rule, or else paragon multiclassing would be significantly more popular.

Oh, I misread your question. No, paragon multiclassing doesn't net you higher-level powers, just one of level 1-7, one of level 1-10, and one of level 1-19. This is one of the reasons why paragon multiclassing usually isn't worth it.

Eh, I needed to multiclass for prime shot anyway, the level 7 encounter power that I'll never use are just a slight bonus. Thanks for all the help!

You sure about that? A conditional +1 to-hit is worth far less than several good paragon paths I could think of.

It's +2(Improved Prime Shot feat) and isn't conditional, I'm going to be fighting 1v1.

You show me a paragon path that can beat a permanent +2 to hit.

Edit: That sounded confrontational. I did mean it, if you can show me one that's better than that I'll gladly take it, paragon multiclassing ranger is feat heavy and I'd be glad to drop it.

A paragon path I can take.

Edit: And that would be useful to me. I'm a ranged rogue, a melee ranger paragon path wouldn't be any use even if I could take it.

You would get more concrete answers if you ask more concrete questions. Your original post doesn't mention you're a ranged rogue, nor that this is for a PVP game.

Oh crap, didn't I? My bad, sorry. Ranged drow hand crossbow shooter, character sheet here (http://www.myth-weavers.com/sheetview.php?sheetid=182283).
