They're dead. I surrender; the only monster in my hand is Ocean and....and I'm a friggin' idiot. I really should have summoned Abosolute Zero first turn, but nooooo I had to keep Gold on the field, because that 2100 was too good to pass up. Regardless, good duel..is that deck supposed to be able to knock people out that fast?

That particular combo was probably the best the deck has. But no, it's not meant to be that fast. Absoloute Zero would have probably caused a problem, but, had you summoned him, I wouldn't have brought out Baboon at first, I would have used Rescue cat to bring out Goyo Guardian (or Gottoms if I'd still drawn Panda), activated Decree and Forest, destroyed Zero with Goyo, and taken it from there (or maybe I would have brought out Baboon and something worthless with Rat, who knows?)
Edit: Actually, I wonder what would have happened had I swiped Zero with Guardian, what would activate first? How would it all resolve?

Not sure, and actually the best combo is the one I tried with RAykura; use Polymerization while Lady Light is on the field to fuse her with an EH to pull out Shining, and using Poly on her pulls out Lady Dark..first turn..now if only he hadn't countered it. Either way, this deck seems to work, so I guess I just need to keep working with it. Your deck's quite good, by the way.
