Since you cannot hide while being observed, LoS is not actually lost on Max's first turn, as he ends in Y15. Kelgore may revise his first turn if he wishes.

I would indeed like to revise. But first, a Ref question:I saw in Max's last game that he was able to delay into the next round and thus bypass the DRAW, can I do that here?

Kelgore:I'd consider that highly questionable and likely impossible. Seems it got overlooked when he tried it, but as initiative counts don't run on a fixed numerical basis, there's no way to delay into the next round without delaying past your opponent, since the next round doesn't start until their initiative count.

The action is blasting my opponent with Kelgore's Firebolt, and the trigger is seeing my opponent moving one of his limbs.

I do believe that that move action triggered my readied action, which takes effect before the triggering action, so you're still in LoS. Kelgore's Firebolt!
