You're huge, right? Huge creatures take up a 3x3 area. You can squeeze into 2x2 or apparently even 1x1, but doing so invokes penalties.
Olo:
In the case of a successful save against an effect, a target takes half the fully rolled damage, not half the dice.
Also, I don't think he's flat-footed against you if he can perceive you with Touchsight. At least Greater Invisibility won't do it.
