Never even heard of the video before, but it certainly is cool.

I did a little searching, and here (http://elanimador.blogspot.com/2007/03/road-to-mithril-hall.html) is the blog belonging to one of the creators. Apparently this was a student film, and both of the creators are now successful animators, Mr. Dai apparently working for Blizzard.
