Gestalt question (spelle levels)

Okay, I;m making a comic about a gestalt campaign. One character is a Monk 7/Sorcerer 7/Wizard 6. How would his spell levels work? Is he allowed to cast 7th level spells?

This is the same as a multiclass character: they get seperate spell lists with separate spells per day.
